ROOMMATE WANTED FOR SPACEY ROOM WITH PRIVATE ACCESS TO YARD, LOCATED IN NORTHBROOK - Price: 800 in Northbrook, Illinois

 
I have a lovely good sized room for rent in my home located in Northbrook which is about 20 mins North of Chicago. Room has ample closet space. Room is next to main bath/Shower. This will be mainly roommates bathroom since I have my own in my room and only use the main bath to shower in.   The room has a cable box and remote (will need extra security deposit for cable). I currently have a TV in the room which I include with the rental. The room is painted a blue with white ceiling and trimming. There is a full size bed and a dresser in the room which can be included or I can remove if you have your own furniture.  I have a laundry room (you will provide your own detergent and softener). The room has a private access to the backyard. I also have a garage space available for an extra monthly fee.
 I live with 2 Siamese cats and the best dog in the world.  Cat?s keep to themselves but you might have to love on dog, she?s very affectionate. I?m currently in a relationship and my significant other visits me at most twice a week.  
I?m looking for a Professional female renter. Must love pets or tolerate them at least. Must be respectful of my privacy, my home and belongings. Must be dependable, clean and tidy. Someone quiet who is a non party person or partys very little. To avoid any issue there will be No pets allowed .  Guests are allowed but I prefer they use the access through the yard. I prefer no overnighters, or very few.  There will be an extra fee for any consecutive overnight stays by quests.  Smoking outside only. Renter must assist with the upkeep of common areas and assist with maintaining home tidy. Renter will clean up after herself.
